Not sure what happened with the day but the initial plan of going for a last(?) bike ride had to be replaced by a run in some darkness and the Mahoney loop. A bike ride would have been better b/c right calf needs some rest. Saw Turbo's car but not Turbo.

warm up with sara before tempo. ran on the golf course and did a few frankenjacks.

Running 26:52 [4] 6.7 km (4:01 / km) +176m 3:33 / km

tempo run along the streets of ainslie woods and rail trail back to kirkendall. right calf pretty tight after a few minutes. both intervals and tempo within five days after raid were perhaps not the greatest of ideas. goal was to do 8k-ish in good pace. i did 6.7. close enough since i hadn't planned a route but just winged it as i was running. had to slow down/semi-stop around fortinos. gmap has the route as 7k. i think i go with that one.

didn't really plan to do tnt but i was home, had some time, so decided to join the tnt crew. legs a bit sore from rth but not too bad actually. we did the single 8 loops. managed to keep up with duane for most of it even though it did hurt when he pushed it. he is a strong runner.
