Powerline & lower CC Lake, plus over the bridge to the Katy. Interestingly, I don't have any knee pain from the MTB. I would have expected to be worse since the seat is lower and the knee seems to be complaining about too much flexion. Maybe I should drop the seat on the cross bike and see if that helps.
As much as I hate workout machines, I have to concede that these have been the best workouts I've done since last summer. Anything is better than the boredom of just crunching out time on them. Quality work is a distraction if nothing else.
