Restin up for Rock Bridge. Real rest, too. Sure, I worked an 8-hour day and did 4 hours of thesis work but, since that's all I did, it left plenty of room for sleep.

Tyson test loop. Too many variables to draw any specific inferences, but this is a time that indicates things are basically OK on all fronts. Notably, if fitness was way off, there's no way I could run that even being 100% clean (and I certainly was not).
