Ran along for a few miles with a coworker who was doing MO Cowbell. As he was targeting 3:40, it matched up nicely with my L/E pace.

Tyson test loop. Too many variables to draw any specific inferences, but this is a time that indicates things are basically OK on all fronts. Notably, if fitness was way off, there's no way I could run that even being 100% clean (and I certainly was not).
