4xLove Loop TiH at Castlewood. Warmup on the flood plain, warmdown on roller coaster. Then a few hard 30-60 second efforts coming down Grotpeter to work on descending (which earned the workout it's fourth star for technical).
First big Q workout since Leadville. Was kinda dreading it. Definitely glad I waited until today as I don't think I would have run it well in last Wednesday's heat. Got through it OK today; seemed like the pace was right. Still came back 7 pounds lighter than when I left.
