White course with Yaya at Forest Park. Meant to be a confidence builder for her after yesterday's session which was tough due to the old map. Pretty much worked out that way; she had no trouble.

Training with Yaya at Lone Elk (1:7.5). Two stars for technical merit because I had to keep explaining to Yaya the difference between the trail on the ground and the trail on the 25-year-old map.

R+2 damage assessment: in pretty good shape. Will certainly lose the big toenail and maybe another, but that will still leave 7, which is more than usual for me. Walking and stairs are no problem. If there was a bit less snow/slush outside, I might have tried a super easy jog, but that can wait until tomorrow.
