6x800i on the grass loops at PNH. Went barefoot because, if you're going to ruin a great afternoon with an interval workout, you might as well make your feet happy.
4x Love Loop@T in Castlewood. Lengthy warmup on River Scene and Lone Wolf, which included the steps at a firm clip. Warmdown on Roller Coaster/Grotpeter.
Lewis trail including 4xLewis East Hill@2:50. Other hills at a firm pace. Rest of it easy. Interval time is approximate as I don't have a watch anymore so I just timed my last one on my phone to get some idea.
