Home from work. Includes 1x800@2:57 on the PNH track just to see how much junk is still hiding in the legs (not bumping the effort to 3 over a single 3-minute push). If I still feel like this on Saturday, it won't be a particularly good 10K, but three more days might be enough. Turning the sick flag off, but I don't think the risk of a chest cold is completely gone.
