Home from work. I didn't expect to be disappointed, but St. Louis did have me wondering if I'd get enough heat training in before Leadville. I am no longer wondering; July has supplied what was needed after a tepid May and June. Just shy of 100F today and I didn't feel particularly hindered by conditions. I think I'm pretty well acclimated at this point.
