Saturday Feb 13 #

I went for a walk on West Campus. It was chilly (5F at the start and 7F when I got home). I was dressed appropriately. I saw two dead Robins. I guess the cold did them in. I also saw a trail cam. I waved to it.

Friday Feb 12 #

running 40:00 [2]

Slow shuffle on West Campus. Chilly (7F = -14C). Enough wind to feel cold when you headed toward the wind.

Thursday Feb 11 #

Went for a walk after work. The temp was ok (15F) but the wind made it feel colder.

Wednesday Feb 10 #

running 45:00 [2]

Easy on West Campus. The snow and cold are nice. I managed to get the clothing just right for the temp and wind.

Tuesday Feb 9 #

I walked on West Campus after work. Still cold out there.

Monday Feb 8 #

running 35:00 [2]

Easy run. Cold (9F) but very little wind so it didn't feel so cold. Some snow on the ground made the footing a little slick in spots.

I slipped a bit on a grassy hill and slightly tweaked my right knee. It felt odd and I walked for about 1-2 minutes. Then it was fine.

other 20:00 [1]

I skipped my lunch walk and did some shoveling. I also shoveled the walk before work and our neighbor's walk after work.

Another baking video from my brother:

It is interesting to see him making those round balls and the baguettes.

Sunday Feb 7 #

I went for a walk on West Campus. Chilly (9F) with light snow falling the entire time.
