On the trails at Clinton. It was muggy out, not hot but warmish.
I did 3x HU/ML/HE.
I wasn't really working well - physically or mentally - today. I think some of that is just thinking about things. Jeanine is my SIL. Jeanine's father died yesterday. He'd had ALS. I'd met him a few times and didn't know him well.
And another person I've met just a few times is in the ICU. Tilford crashed his bike and has a head injury. Sounds very scary.

Note
I watched some of the streaming coverage of the Swiss world cup race this morning. At one point, a runner in a US team jersey passed by the camera. I had no idea anyone from the US was running.
I don't follow the US team closely but I was still surprised that someone from the US was at the World Cup and I hadn't known.
Work commute. Lots of crazy traffic on the trip home. Some of that seems to be related to the Brad Paisley concert. I have no idea who that is, but I'm thinking country music (based on seeing lots of students walking towards the concerrt and wearing cowboy boots). Yep, just did a Google search and found him.
Mindless and easy jogging on the Clinton trails. I listened to a couple of Swedish podcasts to help pass the time. I felt ok, but legs are a little tired from yesterday. With about 15 minutes left I did a short uphill and my legs were slow.
It won't be long before getting off trail and into the forest will be reasonable.
