Running at Clinton. I made a few notes on the map. I think I started the map last year about this time. But, I really haven't made much progress. I think that's because when the leaves go down then I shift my running to the south side of Clinton.
I also put in 10 minutes at an honest effort. It felt pretty good. Breathing wasn't great.

MTB on the river trails. I was a bit off with my technique, especially in the beginning. My MTB technique is a lot better than it was a few months ago, but I'm far from good.

Note
I watched some of the World Cup TV coverage from Switzerland. It was cool that they had english commentary. I hadn't expected that. The Swedish and Danish TV coverage wasn't available outside of those countries.
I've been paying so little attention to things that it wasn't until they showed the start list on TV that I had any idea the US had runners there.
Travel day. I got back to KC late in the afternoon and had time to stop at Wyandotte for a trail run. As I was getting ready, I spotted two runners going by...Matt and Carl. They stopped and we chatted a bit. It was a surprise to see other runners and a bigger surprise to see 2 orienteers.
I felt good and enjoyed the run. I kind of miss those trails. I used to run them a lot.
