running 1:35:00 [2]

Longish but slow jog on the trails at Clinton. Nothing special - didn't feel especially good or bad. I carried the current version of the map and looked at it occasionally.

When the sun came out, the temp felt warm. But with all the leaves out, the trail was in the shade and that helped.

The places I ran didn't seem to have been damaged/destroyed the way some of the MTB riders seemed to say. There are certainly some bumpy spots from both bikes and footprints.

cycling 55:00 [1]

Work commute with a trip to the grocery store. I thought about running, but decided to make goat cheese and red onion quesadillas instead.

Work commute.

rowing 20:00 [1]

I'd planned to run, but I didn't have a normal night sleep last night and I felt a little off. So I decided to do nothing. Then I changed my mind and did a little time on the rower. That was a good idea and I felt better (but still a bit sleepy) afterwards.

cycling 20:00 [1]

Biking to/from the hill.

running 30:00 intensity: (20:00 @2) + (10:00 @4)

On Asbestos Hill (which is a subset of Ulrik's Hill). I did 4 x up the hill at an honest effort. It felt ok, but the hill felt longer than usual.

cycling 45:00 [1]

Work commute.

My legs felt a bit tired all day. But in a good way.

When I got home, I mowed the lawn.

running 1:45:00 intensity: (1:30:00 @2) + (15:00 @4)

Long run on the trails at Perry. I carried the map (basically just straight lidar contours + trails drawn from GPS tracks). The trails were in pretty good shape with just a few muddy spots. The last 15 minutes was at an honest effort.
