I'm so out of it that I didn't know anyone from the U.S. was running the World Cup races in Spain until I looked at the results.

Biking to/from Clinton State Park.

I looked at the lower trail but it looked a bit soft/muddy. The upper trail was better, but it was rougher than I wanted. So I just sticked with pavement.

On the trails at the west end of the state park. I felt pretty good. I'm thinking that I might be slowly getting in a bit better shape.

Jogging on West Campus. I went by the new construction in the beginning and sunk in the mud. That wasn't so much fun.

MTB on the pavement to/from the Dole Institute. As I was locking up my bike I saw MeanGene running by. I think he was doing the Ulrik's Hill O' training course from yesterday. I yelled, but I don't think he heard me. His concentration must have been sharp.

running 20:00 intensity: (10:00 @2) + (10:00 @4)

Ulrik's Hill 2x. Felt tough, but that's just the nature of Ulrik's Hill. I think I'm getting a bit stronger.

Corridor course on West Campus. This is the training for tomorrow's Ulrik's Hill session. I can't make it tomorrow, so I tested it tonight. Fun, but my legs are still tired from Saturday.
