Work commute. My left leg felt ok but not entirely normal.

After work I spoke to the KU Econ Club at the Union. It was mostly interesting and fun. I hope I didn't bore them too much.

Complete rest, hoping my right leg will be ok with a day off. It is much better, but I can still feel that I'm not even walking normally.

Oh yeah, complete rest is worth a 1.

As of 8 a.m. the GPS + map + video is up. I've got the YouTube video stabilizer going, so it should be better once the video gets stabilized (a few hours, I'd guess).

Jogging some legs for the March A-meet at SMP (Shifman's day 1 courses). Fun but I was tired. At the end my right leg started feeling uncomfortable. I'm not sure what is wrong with it, but it is uncomfortable to walk right now.
