Long course at 12+ km (little climb). Warm with upper 70s by the time I finished.

I ran slowly. I had a few stretches with bad flytt. I also got tired.

Some young guy (must have been on M20) was behind me most of the race. He was too strong for me to get away from.

Sprint race at West Georgia's campus.

I ran reasonably well given but not very fast.

For one stretch I struggled because I'd lost confidence in the map (mainly due to some mapping of a gap between a building and a wall). My impression is that they didn't widen some of the gaps to make it easy to read. Even with a magnifier and standing still I have trouble with the gap that bugged me.

Biking to/from Clinton. I did some exploring to work on my project.

The trail run portion of today's bike-run-bike. I was on the mtb trails at Clinton. Fun. I felt a bit tired the last ten minutes.
