Trail run at Clinton. I included 30 minutes of 70/20s at an honest effort. I managed to time my run so that I started in the heaviest rain of the day (so far). It wasn't really very heavy, but it was enough to make the first 10 minutes feel a bit cold.

Just a little bit of orienteering on the way back to the trail head.
Work commute. It was cool and a light rain was falling as I left the house this morning. It was a perfect chance to try out my stylish new Fall jacket.

Easy jog on the trails at Clinton overlook. Relaxing.
Work commute. Cool in the a.m., but not in the 30s as had been forecast.
Note
The plan was to do a short trail run. But, I was mentally drained by the time I got home and just haven't got the energy to get out the door. I spent the work day reading a 3 page response memo from the city manager and being alternatively annoyed and stunned.
Course testing at the Robinson map. We've got two sprint courses for the event this Sunday. I think it'll be ok.
Very nice evening to be out. Must have been about 62F with a light wind and clear sky. The place was crawling with students playing football, volleyball, tennis, soccer, etc.
Long, slow run on the trails at Clinton. I carried a base map and read it a fair amount. It is interesting to see how much more effort it takes when you start to get tired. I was tired the last 20 minutes and focusing on the map was much more work. A little sport drink would have been good, I think.
