The first run on my new running test. I plan to run it once a month. This was an honest effort, but the time is soft. The trail was in good shape. But it was hot. I felt ok. My left calf tightened up a little. It is fine now.
I ran a couple of short sprint courses on the current version of the Daisy Hill map. I also dropped by the KU activity fair and said hello to Pete and Mary. The crowd was big, but I don't think we had as much interest as last year.
