I got out of bed and out the door early today. The forecast calls for 100+, so the only good chance to run was before work.
I'm sitting here in my cooling shirt, getting ready to bike to work. I think the bike commute is a good test for the cooling shirt because it tends to be very similar each day (in terms of effort and route), so it might be easier to figure out if the cooling helps.

Work commute. I tested the cooling shirt again and it seemed to help, but maybe not as much as on Monday. Maybe that is from running before the commute?
