cycling 45:00 [1]

Work commute. We had another very nice day - low humidity and not very hot.

running 20:00 [2]

Short run. I started slow and gradually pushed the pace until I was moving pretty well (or at least the effort was high, I wasn't actually moving fast). Felt pretty good.

cycling 45:00 [1]

Work commute. Very nice weather - not hot and not humid.

I had a late work day and didn't get home until 10.

I watched the Swedish sprint TV coverage over lunch and enjoyed it.

running 15:00 [2]

To/from the start on West Campus.

orienteering 15:00 [2]

Some technique work on the West Campus sprint map. It was enough to give me a good sense of what needs work in the next week or so.

Note

I put in a bit of time fieldchecking the Daisy Hill map - made some good progress before the heat got to me.
