A course on two sprint maps - Mt Oread and Robinson Gym. The campus was crawling with people at various commencement activities.

Mary and I went to the engineering recognition at AFH to see Ideree graduate. It was a bit dull, but also really nice to see Ideree get his degree and the event had a good atmosphere. Everyone at something like that is in a good mood (sort of the opposite of people commenting on some AP threads!).

running 20:00 [2]

An easy jog after a busy day. John C and I hosted a training/conference in Lawrence for a group of almost 30 government auditors. It was an experiment - Think, Try, Learn. It made for a long, but rewarding, work day.

Some sprint O' on West Campus. My effort was better than my pace. I was moving slowly but working hard.

cycling 45:00 [1]

Work commute.

rowing 20:00 [1]

I'm back in Lawrence after a tiring, but interesting and inspiring, meeting and conference in Charlotte. I planned to do nothing, but ended up spending a little time on the rowing machine while I watched a bit of the Royal's game on TV.

I jogged a course on a tourist map of downtown Charlotte. The map was good enough to make it interesting.
