cycling 1:05:00 [2]

I did a road ride on the MTB at Wyandotte. I asked Mary to draw some control circles on the map that would be on or visible from the roads. I then navigated to each of those (or to a spot where I could see it from the road). It makes the ride a bit more interesting and forces me to do some navigation. Fun, too.

I also discovered an Emerald Ash Borer survey thingy:

running 20:00 [2]

I shuffled on the river trail a bit. A woman in a running skirt blazed by me. Warm out there today.

I've been listening to a lot of streaming Swedish radio on the Iphone. Stackars mig - I've had a catchy Swedish pop song stuck in my head for a good 3 days.

rowing 20:00 [2]

Nothing specific, but a bit of a stressy day. A bit of rowing was enough.

Jogging around to warm up and a bit extra.

Mary set an oterval-like course at JCCC. I really felt like a run and a run with a map in my hand. It was fun. I'm pretty sure I didn't use the most recent version of the map, but it was close.
