Eric designed a tempovaexlingsbana at Hawn. The forest started out a bit rough and I was struggling to get any sense of moving well while also navigating well. I could do one or the other, but not both at the same time.
I wore the active ankle. I'm glad I did because it let me feel more comfortable and confident running. But, it also meant I started to get a blister on my left heel and the thing was a bit uncomfortable. Eric designed the course to pass near the start area, so I stopped there and put some tape on my heel before going out again.

Did more of the tempovaexlingsbana with Matt. At each control, the leader would plan the leg then run it without the map. We switched leaders each leg. It is a pretty good way to practice and it was a good way to get an idea of how Matt orienteers.
It was getting hot. I was getting tired. I think Matt was too. We ran through some thick stuff. We ran on some rough rocks. We ran through some stinging nettles. It was fun.
Hawn was a 2 on the spider web scale.
Note
A great weekend of training. Thanks to Tom for suggesting it and Eric for hosting.
