Short jog on the river trails. I felt ok, but 25 minutes was plenty.
I ran with my newest toy (not the IR Thermometer) - I picked up the Forerunner 305 that was on sale at REI last week. I haven't run with a hrm for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised at how low the hr was in the beginning, but disappointed in the steady, gradual climb (despite no increase in pace). Usually that sort of pattern happens when it is really hot or when i'm dehydrated.
