I went to Wyandotte and shuffled up/down the big hill. Not especially hot, but quite humid (made me think of the photos I saw of sweat drenched orienteers in Ukraine). I met a few runners - presumably trail nerds - on the horse trail and thanked them for clearing some of the spider webs for me.
My calf felt much better than it has for a week. I sensed a little bit of tightness, but that was so minor that it might have been my imagination.
I got home and checked the web for results. No, not the WOC results (I checked those before I ran)..the Omanager results. I was happy to see my teams finishing 14th and 12th. The 14th was especially satisfying (luck?) because 2 of my top men are out (one sick, one injured).
