Middle distance M21 at Peach Mountain. Fun course.

I ran pretty well. I ran hard. I didn't lose much time. I just didn't run as fast as I'd have liked.

I was surprised to see John Fredrickson behind me in the results. I don't expect that to happen again.

I was fortunate to have a chauffeur to drive me back to the parking area, saving my legs for tomorrow's long race.

SMOC sprint race at Haven Hill. I had a good run and enjoyed the orienteering. I wish I had another gear. I guess I need to be doing more old man intervals.

cycling 30:00 [1]

Same as yesterday. Spent the time pondering whether or not to wear an Active Ankle tomorrow. Also day dreaming about my sweet new parking space.

Enough to break a good sweat, but nothing more. My mind was wandering.

WP M40. Another fun course. I saw a lot of Hillary out in the forest.

My foot was mostly ok, but I twisted an ankle on a downhill (despite going down very slowly). The ankle wasn't much trouble on the course - slowed me a bit for a control or 2. But it swelled up on the flight home. Might have to run with an Active Ankle in Michigan next weekend.
