Pig sprint/US sprint champs. I had a nice run with one 30+ second mistake (which, of course, wasn't nice). Fun orienteering. To be competitive in M21, I'd need a pace that I don't have (at least I don't have it right now).

3rd leg for OK's 8-point team. I made on bad route choice (really bad) and lost maybe 3 minutes. Otherwise the run was nice (and fun, despite the hills and mud and gullies).

Mary and I met at Bonner Park after work. I designed a course for her, she designed one for me. I ran fairly hard (but moving really slow - legs heavy from yesterday, I guess). Fun.

Easy jogging at PNS. It was nice weather (again, in the traditional sort of way) and the park had a lot of forest rat watchers.

I climbed 1080, nearly all of it in the first 45 minutes.

Trail run at Rochcrusher. I carried the old O' map and read it most of the time. My legs felt tired the last 30 minutes.
