Time includes 20+ minutes of easy warming up and 30+ minutes of running back to the cabin and checking a few possible control location options for TJOC.

Sid Richardson red course. Nice cool rain.
I felt strange physically (I slept soundly until 9:30 a.m which is unusual and an indication of something being wrong?).
I would normally do 60-90 minutes of running. But, I had a stressful day and came home feeling drained.
I did manage to complete some minor home repair (installing a new mailbox at the edge of the street). It wasn't much, but I'm always happy when I do anything "handy" and don't cause more harm than good.
I shuffled around (slowly) on the trails at Wyandotte. I can tell I need to do more hills because the hills at Wyandotte look bigger than they used to. I climbed 1280 feet.
It got dark on me before I was done and the last ten minutes went extra slowly because I couldn't see where I was going and didn't want to poke my eye on a sappling.
Running some O' technique at Kill Creek. I kept the pace slow and easy. I felt pretty good, better than yesterday. Yesterday felt like a bit of a chore, but today felt close to normal.

Jogging before and after the technique training. I carried the map and read it quite a bit (but I won't log this as technique training). Fun.
We made it back to the car about 10-15 minutes before a hailstorm hit with hail stones that were close to tennis ball size. Lucky we weren't still out when the storm hit.
