Park orienteering training at Bonner. I set a course with lots of turns (to force myself to have to pay more attention to the map) and jogged it slowly.

I didn't feel especially good or especially bad. I don't think I'll be any worse off tomorrow for having run today.

I climbed 180 feet.

Easy time on the trainer when I got home.

Easy while watching KU-OSU from Dallas.

I felt close to normal (which means I'm not as close to normal as I think, but moving in the right direction).

My plan is to take it relatively easy this weekend. Tomorrow will be up to 90 minutes or very easy running/cycling. If that goes ok, I'll do a bit more on Sunday, but still keep it very easy. I feel the need to get out in the forest and on a map.

(sick)

I'm still not healthy, but I feel much better than I did yesterday and I felt the need to move a bit.

I rode the trainer in the basement and watched taped coverage of last summer's TDF.

Moving a bit felt good. It was also enough (probably) that I won't feel the need to move a bit tomorrow.
