M21 at GAOC meet. I had a decent race. Most of the orienteering went well (fairly simple orienteering). I fell late in the course and when I got up I headed off in the wrong direction! I'd be at least a "major" boom and maybe even a "crippling" boom. I lost maybe 1:30+.

I'd forgotten to log my map study for the last few days. Sunday: 25 minutes. Monday: 30 minutes. Tuesday 40 minutes.

Legs felt ok.

My legs feel fine. That's good.

Some easy riding on the trainer.

My legs feel ok, though tired. I plan to take it easy on Monday, then do a run on Tuesday and include a little bit of quicker running. That'll give me a good idea of how I've recovered from yesteday's long run.
