running 50:00 [2]

I ran on the roads at Wyandotte. Beautiful conditions -- temp in the 60s and dry.

running 10:00 [4]

I ran a bit hard on the uphills. The first one was 2 minutes. The second was 3:30 and the last was 4:30 (actually the last was 4, but I kept going when the hill flattened out to make it an even ten minutes of hard-ish running).

I'm sitting at home drinking a cup of coffee and watching the NASCAR qualifying on TV when the phone rings. It was Snorkel. He was on his way to go training! I felt inspired to get up, shut off the TV and get the MTB out for a bit of time on the bunny loop.

The loop is closed on one end for some construction. I'm afraid that traffic is going to get heavy once the new park is open at the southeast corner of the bunny.

The wind blew strongly from the south. Heading north felt great, coming home felt like climbing a hill.

cycling 30:00 [1]

I don't feel tired, but my legs feel beat up from the weekend. I rode the trainer to break a sweat and move a bit.

orienteering 3:30:00 [3] *****
203c

Mega event at Pawtuckaway. Really fun. I had some ups and downs in concentration. I got tired a few times and was worn out by the end. Fun.
