More sheep rounding up.

Note

I had a bit of a sore throat and felt a bit worn out. I didn't go for a run, but I went for a 80 minute walk up the hill to the west of the ger.

I ran up to the forest above (to the east) of the place we were staying. The forest looked nice. It was, but the flies were very thick up there. The climb was steep and I had to walk a good bit of it. From the top, I headed out in to some clear areas where the wind would reduce the flies.

Spent time running around the fenced in area rounding up sheep for milking. The task was to find the sheep marked with green and grab them, then get them to the rope where someone would tie them up for milking. It was reasonably hard work, depending on how fast you worked.

In Kharkhorin. I ran up the hill near the camp we stayed at. The hill looked bigger than it was (which was a nice surprise, I guess). Great views from the top and I also spent a few minutes poking around the monument on the ridge a bit from the top of the hill.

Arrived in Ulaanbaatar feeling the travel. I played some one-on-one basketball. Ideree and I played on a dirt/gravel court with a slightly under-inflated ball. The footing wasn't great, everytime you'd cut or stop you risked a slip. The dirt coated the ball with dust, making it a bit slick.
