running 25:00 [2]

Easy jog on trails at PNS. It didn't feel especially good, but it is always nice to be on the trails at PNS. I climbed 200 feet.

cycling 30:00 [1]

My foot was just a bit sore by the time I got home tonight. So I did some easy time on the trainer. I hope it'll be ok tomorrow.

running 55:00 [3]

Mary and I met Nadim at Wyandotte after work. Mean Gene's absence is excused. I'm not sure about Snorkel's. Nadim and I ran around on the roads for a bit before dinner at Arthur Bryant's. My foot seems to be ok. I climbed 810 feet.

I planned to do an easy jog but decided my foot could use an easy day.

A regular O' course. My legs felt tired (and my right foot was sore). For the most part I orienteered well. I struggled on the uphills. Fun.

Control picking course. If I'd counted the controls before the run instead of after I'd have added one more control for an even 50. Lots of fun. I kept the pace low and concentration was pretty good.

orienteering 20:00 [4]

Ran a short course at a race effort. I struggled in the beginning - going a bit faster than I should have and not concentrating so well. After a couple of controls things went well.

Note

Mary and I did a map walk -- 80 minutes of concentrated map reading and a lot of fun.
