Easy run at Weston Bend. The weather was amazing -- temp in the 60s! That is probably why my legs felt good. I climber 1080 feet.

running 20:00 [2]

I took an easy shuffle around the neighborhood (while Snorkel was running around Wyandotte for the second day in a row).

running 50:00 [2]

I jogged around on the trails at PNS. I expected to see a lot of storm damage, but the place didn't get hit too hard. It was humid today. When I returned to my car my phone had a message on it -- Snorkel was calling, he was on his way to Wyandotte for a run. Good Snorkel.

I thought about and easy jog or an easy ride. But, when I got home it looked like we'd be in for a thunderstorm and I don't especially like being out in the lightning. I rode the trainer and the storm blew through while I was riding.

I took the mountain bike out on the roads in the morning. My legs feel sore (not so much tired, though) from yesterday. For a change I didn't ride the bunny loop. I saw a lot of storm damage (downed trees and limbs, blown over porta-potties and a roof torn away from a building).
