running 35:00 [2]

Easy jogging to warm up and then to get back to the car. My total climb for the day was 200 feet.

running 15:00 [4]

5x3 minutes at an honest effort on the walking/jogging trail at English Landing. I recovered by walking until my h.r. dropped to 140 (a bit under a minute). I felt slow (or maybe old?). I was glad to get out early enough that the temp was still in the low 70s. It is going to be warm and humid today.

running 40:00 [2]

Short run at PNS as I had to get home in time to mow the lawn. The weather wasn't nice -- 88 and humid. I saw a box turtle at PNS (never seen one there before) and a confused looking turkey. I climbed 500 feet.

running 1:00:00 [2]

Slow run at PNS. The trails weren't as muddy as I expected after this morning's heavy thunderstorm. I climbed 840 feet.

cycling 30:00 [1]

Some time on the trainer to break a sweat and loosen my legs up a bit.

HVO red at Sebago. Much nicer running weather. I ran ok but not great. I'm still struggling with some real basic stuff. I boomed a control in a rocky area (remember to "think old"). I climbed 1080 feet. ST=575.
