Running three short O' courses (control picking) at Wyandotte. I felt good. I kept the pace easy and naviagted well except for one parallel error near the end. ST=292.

I rode on the trainer in the basement (watching the OSU-SJ game). I wasn't going to ride, but I saw that with just a bit of time I'd get over 8 hours for the week. I couldn't resist that. My legs have felt good all day. I hope they feel good tomorrow. The PTOC event is supposed to be 9 km. With tired legs that'll feel long even if the course is flat (Tall Oaks).
I jogged at PNS. My legs felt a bit dead for the first 15-20 minutes, then felt good for about 30 minutes, then felt worn the last few minutes. I climbed 1020 feet.
Day 1 red at Hawn. I ran so-so. I boomed a control (a really dumb boom, too). I suffered from the warm weather (mid 70s and humid). I think the warmth kept my h.r. a bit higher than normal (a normal race is more like 167-169). I climbed 740 feet. ST=252.

Day 2 red. I ran a bit better, but still managed to make a silly boom. The weather was a bit cool (maybe 40?) and it felt a lot better to run in. Today's course was more interesting than yesterday. I climbed 920. ST=266.
