orienteering 2:05:00 [2]
ahr:140 16c

I re-ran some of the legs from the Possum Trot. I took a couple of different routes and ran the legs I'd skipped before. The weather was fine, but snow remained on the north hills and the forest was a bit muddy in a few spots. I kept an easy pace but ran a few extra hills. ST=340.

running 40:00 [2]

I jogged around the neighborhood. I felt good, but went quite slowly.

cycling 20:00 [1]

I walked in the door from my run, quickly changed and spent some time on the trainer.

Night O' at SMP. Eric set the course. It was quite fast. I ran just a little below a race pace. We had a bit of ligth rain at the start, but it cleared up quickly. Lots of fun. ST=324.

running 40:00 [2]

I jogged around the neighborhood. The sidewalks and roads had a bit of ice on them. I encountered a loose -- but not square-headed -- dog.

cycling 20:00 [1]

I felt a little bit off when I got home from work. I figured it was just work. I was going to do 30-40 minutes on the trainer. After ten minutes I felt awful. I did another ten minutes and felt worse. I stopped.

Sunday Dec 14, 2003 #

running 1:40:00 [2]

I went back to the snowy woods at Wyandotte. I carried the map but didn't run a course. Instead I just ran on trails and in the forest, looking to get in plenty of climb. Another fun day. My legs are quite "seg" now.
