orienteering 50:00 [5]

PTOC meet at Kill Creek. The course was fun -- lots of running. I ran 49:57. Snorkel was 2nd at 53:??.

running 15:00 [2]

I jogged around the white course to keep warm. After I finished the red, I put on a jacket, but got chilled chatting with Eric and Shifman. I figured a bit of a jog would warm me back up.

cycling 30:00 [1]

I rode the trainer. Edge NFL Matchup was on ESPN2. I'm not a huge football fan, but I like the show. It is a good way to kill time while on a trainer.

This was the last bit of my really light week. Tomorrow, I need to get back to more serious training.

running 30:00 [2]

Snorkel and I shuffled around the Parkville nature area trails in the dark (with headlamps).

cycling 30:00 [1]

Some easy cycling on the trainer. My legs feel good. I'll do some easy running tomorrow and something Friday (or just another day off), then back to normal training on the weekend.

running 40:00 [2]

I met Snorkel and Mary at the hill at Wyandotte after work. Snorkel and I jogged up the big hill 4 times. I spent some time chatting with the park police who were suspicious of our activity. They don't get it -- night orienteering is not a crime!

Jogging around at SMP.

I did 3 x about 1 km short O' courses at SMP. My legs felt pretty good, but I don't think I was moving very well.
