running 45:00 [2]

Jogged around a bit. I stopped at one point when I thought I saw a big dog. Turned out it was a deer. When I was about a block from home it started snowing. I wonder if we'll get much snow tonight.

running 1:00:00 [2]

Jogged around a bit. I threw in some running at an honest effort -- 100 meters, 200, 300, 400, 100, 200, 300, 400 (with jogs of 100 meters between).

Inspired by Arja and Eric W. I decided to do some line O' at Weston Bend. Aside from being hassled by a cigarette-smoking park ranger, it was a nice run.
