I went for 2+ loops on the Bunny. It was a perfect day for cycling -- almost no wind, clear sky and temp in the mid-60s.

I hung out some markers for Mary at Wyandotte. The park was crowded with people today. The nice weather brought out crowds. As I was running on the road, I met an old El Camino lowrider! ST=348.
A co-worker is taking a new job. So, instead of training, a bunch of us went to a brew pub afterwork. Dinner was nachos and wings. I felt like Snorkel!
I went for a run on the west side of the bunny loop. I saw the "walking lady." I hadn't seen her since before I got hurt. I threw in ten minutes at an honest effort. It felt decent. I made it as far as the first telephone pole past the fence corner.
Day two red at Chicago. I had another decent day. My legs didn't feel strong. But the terrain was good for weak/tired legs (i.e. mostly flat and mostly open forest). By the end my hands were getting cold. I wonder if the temperature was falling? ST=339.
