orienteering 2:02:00 [5]

PTOC had a 2-hour score O' at SMP. I navigated and concentrated reasonably well. My running didn't feel very good, though. The weather was great -- 50s and cloudy. I only picked up one tick. This was probably the last session in the forest until October (unless I do some O' tomorrow). ST=294.

running 20:00 [2]

I shuffled around for 20 minutes. It felt awful. Tomorrow is a 2-hour score O' at SMP. I hope I feel better then.

orienteering 20:00 [5]

2 short coures at SMP. Snorkel set some courses and Gene, Fritz and I ran them as mass-starts. There was some forking to make it a bit more interesting. I ran pretty hard. ST=263.

running 30:00 [2]

Warming up and picking up controls at SMP. It was a warm and humid day -- not so comfortable for running. There were a lot of ticks out.

cycling 40:00 [1]

Some easy cycling (mostly on the bunny loop). I felt decent today, though my knee is stiff.

Note

What happened to spring? Another hot day today -- 85+. My only excercise was pushing the mower around the lawn.

running 2:00:00 [3]

Snorkel and I ran on the horse trails at Rockcrusher. It was tough. We didn't run fast, but the trails were a bit rough and it was hot. It was mid-80s in the shade (and we were mostly in the sun) and we didn't carry enough water. Live and learn. I carried the O' map and read it a fair amount.
