running 25:00 [2]

Shuffled around for a bit on the streets in SLC.

Tuesday Feb 12, 2002 #

cycling 30:00 [1]

A bit of easy cycling.

Note

I've been taking it easy the last ten days or so. I'll keep taking it easy until atleast next week. Mary and I are going up to SLC to watch a bit of the Olympics. I don't expect to do any training except for some of my PT excercises. I packed some running clothes just in case. A few more really light days of training ought to do me some good. I expect watching the Olympics will also be a bit inspiring.

Monday Feb 11, 2002 #

cycling 20:00 [1]

A few minutes of easy biking -- enough to break a sweat, but not any more.

Sunday Feb 10, 2002 #

orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

I did some O' practice at Blue Tongue with Mean Gene and Snorkel. We took different route choices on the Kanss Champs course from 2001. It was fun. I mostly took the crummy legs (thick woods and/or lots of water). ST=130.

cycling 1:00:00 [1]

An hour is a long time to be on a trainer. Fortunately, I had the Nascar race on tape and was able to watch something to keep me from thinking about how long an hour on a trainer feels.
