I jogged at the track -- covered 800 meters of running. I'll be interested to see how the knee and leg feel tomorrow.
I jogged at the PHHS track. I ran for 600 meters. I ran the straights and walked the curves until I'd run for 600 meters. My running time (i.e. excluding walking the curves) was 4 minutes.
PT excercises at the hospital. The leg didn't swell after yesterday's run! The knee is swollen, but the swelling didn't increase. This is really good news.
