Mook, Swampfox and I did some training at Twin Boulders. After a warm up, we raced each leg (starting a minute apart). It worked out to be an interval session (with a couple minutes rest at each control). It was a good way to be able to run at a reasonable speed despite the altitude. I didn't win any legs (lost one by a second), but I managed not to lose every leg. ST = 50.
