Ten minutes into my run I had "ont" in my left foot. So, I jogged back to the house. The snow began just as I got home. After running I iced the foot and it seems fine now (about an hour later).
Ran around the nieghborhood. I did a bit of downhill running. I also did 3x 3 minutes at an honest effort with 100 meters of walking as rest. Spring is here -- the grass in the lawn is getting green and it was shorts weather.
O' practice at Clinton. Seven of us ran a course -- taking turns leading legs. We were out for a bit over two hours. My legs felt good. It was fun. ST=256.
