orienteering 1:05:00 [2]

Jogged through some control picking at Fort Leavenworth. The map is ok. We ought to update it if we want to use it for an event. For training it is fine. My stomach has been giving me trouble all day. FBI? I hope not. ST=128.

cycling 30:00 [1]

After my legs felt dead the first part of the week, they feel ok now.

running 1:00:00 [2]

When I started running is was 13 and windy. When I finished it was 7 and still windy. I never really felt warm. I threw in 10 minutes at a bit harder than an honest effort.

cycling 40:00 [1]

Some easy tie on the trainer. My upper back felt tight -- work related stress if I had to guess.

other 30:00 [1]

Watched the first half of NC-Duke while on the NT.

running 25:00 [2]

Jogged around in the rain and snow. Legs felt a little dead, but not bad. My knee is no problem.

running 55:00 [2]

Jogged around the neighborhood. My legs definitely are feeling "seg." I'll take tomorrow off and Friday off (or very easy).

other 25:00 [1]

Some easy time on the NT. Seg.

running 2:00:00 [2]

Freezing rain convinced me to change my plans. Instead of a drive over to Leavenworth for O' training. I shuffled around trails at Tiffany Springs. My right knee is a bit banged up from crashing my mtb yesterday. But, it didn't cause too much trouble running.
