orienteering 1:05:00 [5]

First day of the NTOA A-meet. It took me a couple of K to start concentrating well and adjust my O' technique for the course. I wasn't navigating especially well (but didn't miss much) but I felt like I was pushing the pace. ST=89.

A short ride before driving to Texas for the NTOA event (with a short stop to "take the water" at Sulphur, OK).

running 40:00 [2]

After a somewhat less stressful day at work, I ran around the neighborhood. I threw in 10 minutes at an honest effort on the PHHS track.

other 30:00 [1]

A very stressful day at work left me un-motivated and worn out. I could use an easy day anyways. So, I popped the tape of KU-OU in the video player and did the NT.

orienteering 1:35:00 [2]

I drew a course using the tapes I hung out in November (?) at Clinton S.P. I took it easy. ST=70.

Watching KU-OU on video while on the trainer.

orienteering 50:00 [5]

Blue (very short) at FDR. My time was about 54. James S ran 50 and a Norwegian (Anton Bjartnes?) ran 44. I ran fine but wasn't moving fast enough. ST=47.
