orienteering 55:00 [5]

Red course at Burr Oak. My legs felt a bit "seg" but I was able to keep a decent effort. It was warm (45) but there was still a lot of snow left in the woods. Since it is a new year, I'll start a new control count. ST=12.

After the red course, I jogged around the green course. I got tired about half way through. ST=23.

running 50:00 [2]

The warm temp in the last two days means tonights' run was slushy. I threw in 10 minutes at an honest effort. The legs felt decent.

Spent some time on the trainer after my run.

Plodding around in the snow. The run felt like longer than 45 minutes.

running 1:05:00 [2]

Snorkel, Mary and I spent some time wandering around Weston Bend. We carried the base map -- so there was some map reading. The snow kept the pace low. We got in a few good hill climbs.

other 40:00 [1]

An easy NT session. I watched most of the first half of KU v. SMSU (taped from Saturday).
