cycling 45:00 [1]

Rode around Wyandotte (on the roads) on my mountain bike. After the ride, I even did a bit of "Mook's Gympa."

orienteering 1:20:00 [4]

Needed a day away from the office. So, I took vacation. Ran the blue course from the A-meet at Blue and Gray a few years ago. I kept a steady pace. The area has a lot of crappy woods. But, the map is good and the course was interesting. ST=493.

orienteering 40:00 [5]

After some food and a break, I headed out to SMP. I ran a red course from a few years back. I pushed the pace except for the last bit when the terrain got miserable. ST=508.

other 45:00 [1]

On the NT while watching the Jayhawks and Wake Forest. Ouch. Where did Cheno go? Look for some technique training tomorrow.

cycling 20:00 [1]

I spent 20 minutes spinning on the rollers. Strained my back a bit carrying my bike and the rollers down the stair to the basement. Should have just taken the day off.

running 1:00:00 [2]

Most of tonight's run was on the PHHS track. I did 10 minutes at an honest effort.

other 40:00 [1]

Post-run session on the NT.

running 30:00 [1]

An easy jog. My legs felt decent.

Sunday Dec 3, 2000 #

orienteering 1:57:00 [5]

The Possum Trot at Lake Jacomo. I finished 2nd to Mook (7 minuets behind). Weather was nice -- 25-30 and no rain or snow. Maybe that is why it felt like the easiest Trot of all time. I didn't orienteer especially well, but didn't have any major booms. ST=376.
