cycling 1:10:00 [1]

I saw a tvaettbjoern on the bunny loop. The ride was ok, it didn't feel so good but not so bad either. I skipped yesterday's planned easy training and went to the Royal's game with Snorkel.

running 30:00 [2]

Running didn't feel very good. I might have been a bit tired from a slightly harder than normal bike ride. The heat and humidity might also have had something to do with it. Even though it felt bad, it was fun.

Nordic track. Watched "the geysers of Yellowstone."

cycling 1:10:00 [1]

Felt pretty good. I did three easy loops of the "bunny route" but saw only one rabbit.

What am I going to watch while I nordic track now that the TDF is over?

running 25:00 [2]

I plan to stick with 25 minute runs this week; next week I'll do 30 minutes.

cycling 30:00 [1]

Did a couple of quick errands -- picked up the Sunday paper and got some coffee (Starbucks breakfast blend, whole bean...I'm out of Peets).

cycling 2:00:00 [1]

The first 80 minutes was quite easy -- exploring some new roads -- then I picked up the pace a bit.

other 30:00 [1]

Watching the Olympic track trials -- Mark Everett won the 800 meters. I wonder if he can read a map?
